This helps to get back on the horse.

Also, you played beautifully last week.Saxton Rosehttp://www.saxtonrose.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4687601910013927599.post-61889486607371246332013-07-01T17:34:19.439-04:002013-07-01T17:34:19.439-04:00My dear Nadina,

But I am ever inspired by the openness with which you approach everything and the honesty you show in revealing your humanity. We all know the humiliation of a poor performance—I have bombed so many times and I know the strength it takes to keep going. I too have missed more than a few flights through my own fault. I have not always been as honest to share the experience, but am glad you did. I feel part of your journey and am affected, as I have often been, to keep going on my own path with inspiration and dedication, knowing that you are ahead of me showing the way. I am thankful for you! My chamber trio performs everything from memory (which is one of the myriad of reasons you are a hero to me) and every word of this post resonates with me. Does it make sense to say that your "crash" was one of the reasons I loved your performance? I love that you just go for it. There is so much more to your performances than the notes -- I loved experiencing being their while you played. And you handled the entire evening with grace. Made me love you more. :)Christin Phelps Webbhttp://www.ceorawinds.comnoreply@blogger.com
